we have called: a prototype.
This was the first of the Peugeot brand and It was called Quasar.
It's a Matchbox model at 1:64 scale and that appeared in the catalog in 1986 and
It was manufactured until 1995 in 3 other variations.

and it belonged to the well-known series 1-75 Of the brand.
The Peugeot Quasar was presented in the Saloon of Paris in 1984, and it was a whole
revolution.
I tell you a little more about him: The design was inspired by the spacecraft of
science fiction, hence its name, and can be observed in its design as in the
glass vault of this 2-seater coupe and in its stylized lines and designed for high speed.
And is that in addition to the design, has a rear motor of 1.6 liters, 4 cylinders
and attention: 600 horsepower!
All its wheels have traction, or as it is usually called AWD, "All Wheel Drive".
Inside, the control panel is totally digital, and it was the first car to carry a navigator,
when computing was still on MS-DOS and Apple had just manufactured its prototype
128Kb ... It also incorporates a hi-fi system
with Equalizer of the Japanese brand Clarion.
Although it may not seem like it, this Quasar is mounted on the chassis of a Peugeot 205 T16, the
same that devastated in the Rallies at the time.
Its body is based on Kevlar and Fiber Carbon, widely used materials today
in day, but that in 1984 they were only used in aeronautical engineering.
The opening of its doors are 180 degrees horizontal, very similar to what we can
