Things to Do in Bull Shoals, Arkansas

The Bull Shoals Lake and White River region of Arkansas is known for its abundance of scenic beauty, history and outdoor recreational opportunities.

As such, there is no shortage of pleasant experiences awaiting those who are wise enough to add a few days layover in this pristine region to their travel itineraries.

Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock

"Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock" is considered to be the largest marina on "Bull Shoals Lake." Once on the Bull Shoals Lake docks, visitors can rent wave runners, knee boards, jet skis, scuba gear, pontoon boats, ski boats, house boats, tackle, bass boats, campsites and buy bait and other assorted sundries.

The 12 RV and concrete padded campsites afford visitors with a sweeping scenic vistas of the marina and dock area. The sites have 30 amp electrical service and water hook-ups. The only critical thing that the campsites are missing is a public restroom and bath house.

As such campground rates are reasonable enough for a limited service area. As of 2010 overnight campsite rates were $7.50 plus tax for a campsite only and $15.00 plus tax for a campsite with an adjacent boat slip.
