that you're dizzy, you don't even know which way is up.

Under the water, there is darkness ...

and there is light.

Darkness is the end,

light is life.

I'm never afraid,

as long as I see a glimpse of light,

I know I will be safe.

How do I holistically live in the world

in a way that's good for me,

but that's also good for others

and then good for the planet.

I think that is our purpose in life:

is to leave the planet better than we found it.
